Just the fact alone that Levi is the cocky, mean tempered ace fighter who is surprisingly obedient is one thing, but on top of that age difference, height difference, the power dynamics where they are equals who mutually respect one another despite difference in rank, the FACT THAT LEVI CALLS ERWIN BY HIS FIRST NAME INSTEAD OF COMMANDER THE LIST GOES ON AND ON.
